Based in Beijing, Enoch LI is the Founder of “executive play” consultancy Bearapy (Bearapy.me) that uses the psychology of playfulness to manage change, inspire creativity, and promote employee wellbeing. She works with entrepreneurs and global executives on group dynamics to reveal unconscious thoughts and emotions to manage anxieties that affect individuals, teams, and the entire culture of organizations. Li established Bearapy after experiencing burnout and clinical depression, prior to which she was an International Manager with HSBC in four countries, working in cross cultural, high-pressure-high-stakes environments.
Apart from her international law and politics academic background, Li is steeped in organizational psychology, holding, with Distinction, an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD. She is a Leadership Consultant for INSEAD’s executive education, the INSEAD Global Leadership Center, advising global executives on group dynamics and behaviour to reveal unconscious thoughts and emotions in the exercise of leadership and authority in organizations.
In addition to being a regular speaker, Li has been published in Forbes Asia, Forbes Women, and South China Morning Post on women leadership, career, mental & emotional health, and creativity, under her pen name, Noch Noch. She writes about playfulness, depression, and self-awareness on her blog, NochNoch.com.
